THATS PR is a full service public relations firm focusing on the tourism, hospitality and travel sector.

It is not by muscle, speed, or physical dexterity that great things are achieved, but by reflection, force of character, and judgment.

    Definitions of PR

Public relations is about reputation - the result of what you do, what you say and what others say about you.

Public relations is the discipline which looks after reputation, with the aim of earning understanding and support and influencing opinion and behaviour. It is the planned and sustained effort to establish and maintain goodwill and mutual understanding between an organisation and its publics.

When you go on holiday, a short break, a business trip or to an event, you have an experience.  That experience is absolutely unique; it will never be repeated. Even if you return to a favourite place the next day, your experience will not be exactly the same.

Your experience is personal and the relationships you have with the people you meet, give you the lasting impressions that will stay will you.  It's all about Personal Relationships!

When you walk into a hotel, whether it's 1 or 7 star, the first person you see will be the receptionist, or the doorman if there is one, they are the ambassadors ~ the first, and therefore the most important, face-to-face contacts you have with the brand.  Fleeting moments they may be, but your perception of the brand is starting to form.  You have already had the experience of the booking you made.

All the different factors of the destination come into play whilst you are there; the local people you meet, the amenities, the environment and that special something that made you choose this place above others.
